• Develop a shared understanding of the interconnected goals of the RCCC initiative and the Early Educator Wage Sustainability grant

• Explore key design decisions in implementation, applying a systems thinking and customer experience lens

• Engage in "hands on" design to inform high-impact, sustainable strategies

• Identify opportunities to collaborate with local, regional and state-wide partners to strengthen implementation
